House and rental criteria list isn't separate all comes up together even if you’re just in the sale and not the rent section. Absolutely ridiculous and constantly need to discard everything. All the listings are old and already sold months before yet. I still get updated notifications that these are new listings. When you momentarily leave the app lets say while receiving a text message, all of a sudden the app will reload to some general neighborhood area and list of properties is lost. The filters don’t work well and need more options for specific searches. The Internet site is much better than the app itself but either way all the properties are no longer available.

I want at least 10 acres with a home on it, off grid, with solar or generator, private, no HOA, no manufactured homes, year round access, good well, and a creek would be great! In Montana, Idaho, eastern Washington or eastern Oregon! What is sent to me is usually only one of my filters!

I’ve viewed multiple listings that state they are for rent when in fact they are for sale only. It’s hard to weed through the ads on each listing to find the information relevant to that home. But the first issue I addressed is the primary one- that’s deceptive advertising to list houses as being available for rent when they truly aren’t, or you have to click on a link which directs you to a site where you can’t view crap until you’ve paid for a subscription... no thanks. Ridiculous.
