Treebo Club: Hotel Booking App

NOTE: i tried taking help on support through calls and whatsapp. Nobody helped Firstly, the checking was delayed as they said there were no rooms available. Then got the first room for checking at 1 pm. There was no one to helps with our luggage from basement to third floor. The room was getting cleaned. The staff took another 10 mins for cleaning and providing water and handwash. Later, the room’s fan was not working. After complaining, they took another 15 mins for second room to checkin on second floor. Due to powercut, i had to drag all the 4 bags to 2nd floor through stairs from 3rd floor. Again in room number 205, the lock was not working. The staff is till taking time to fix that. We haven’t checked in untill now. The room has split beds. The staff is still working. We haven’t got anyone until now to fix the issue. We are hungry but cannot go to the restaurant to have breakfast. Now its lunch time. The room is very cheap according to the price and discounts. The maintenance guy arrived at 2 30 pm and then the issue was fixed by 3 pm. That was my proper checking time. Till that time the hotel staff asked to leave the luggage and go for lunch. The washroom had smoking smell coming in eash time we enetere the room after going out for sometime. Then in the night we found that the AC remote batteries were dead as well. Worst experience ever. Got a standard room with split beds and no towel or seperate soap and moisturiser. This is what we are getting after showing the price of thr room for 6000. This was pathetic experience.
