IRCTC Train Ticket Booking

I lost 300 ruppes because of this app because I booked in red rail and not in Redbus . I am very frequent traveller of Redbus but thought of trying this app and booked . It showed me available and I booked but what happens is that it goes to general waiting list . Why would I even book if I know it will go to waiting list . Guys please don’t book here , I am not getting that money and I don’t care but I am writing this review just to say that there are many apps better than this and please try to book in IRCTC itself . I tried to call customer support , worst service guys . I couldn’t even connect to one . Only so bots which is speaking and it’s doesn’t answer anything. Redbus being a monopoly in the aggregator model of busses . I think they should quit for trains .

I recently booked a train ticket on RedRail and paid a premium for a "seat guaranteed" ticket of 1500extra Despite this, my ticket was waitlisted and eventually canceled. I received a refund of only a portion of the total amount paid, they wont return the premium fee. Additionally, I received a voucher with strict terms and conditions, limiting its usability to a specific route and time frame. This voucher is essentially worthless, as it's nearly impossible to utilize it fully. I strongly advise against using this app for future bookings. It's clear that their "seat guaranteed" service is a deceptive practice. I suggest please if you are not able to fulfil your promise they please return back what customer has paid don’t eat up poor hard earned money.
