Tried several times to download before arriving in Wales. Continued to get try again later.
Should use the term “back” instead of “cancel” when viewing more information in the middle of booking your ticket. And FTLOG when filling in your address in the payment section, when selecting your country, it would have been helpful finding mine if the countries had been in alphabetical order!!
