Flawed rollout
I updated to the recent version of the app. What a mistake! First of all the tickets I purchased before updating are gone. Secondly, just today I bought tickets on the app, but the tickets do not appear in the app. Fortunately, they did arrive to my email address and I was able to get them into my apple wallet. But my experience so far is that the new app is horribly flawed. Logging in through a browser or through the app doesn’t show my tickets. I tried calling, but of course, customer service is probably slammed with 10 times the usual calls so I never got through.

Terrible app
Doesn’t want to work on either iPad or iPhone. Registered, then later tried to log in and gives error message “unable to log in due to technical issues. Please try later.” Going on now since I created my account 6 days ago. Tried to create another account using my secondary email address, and can’t register because “Marketing options not chosen” yet the screen says “Marketing choices not available at this time.” Going forward without logging in and it insists on displaying landscape/sideways, regardless of how iPad is held. Result is the right side is not displayed.
