This was initially pretty easy to use. I liked that, if a particular track was not available, you could add it. Granted, you were inputing each track piece one at a time, but it was rather easy, despite being time consuming. Designing a 3D plan was a bit tricky, and the track loops didnkt quite connect, but it was close enough to help me figure out what track to order. Now, about 2 years later, I want to design a new layout. Unfortunately, it seems the app doesn’t respond as well, and there hasn’t been an update in quite a while. I’m trying to design a small layout for a fixed dimension piece of remnant plywood, and I’m having difficulty even setting the boundary dimensions, let alone start the track design. I hope the developers haven’t moved on, and will update the app soon.

This could be a good piece of software with some work but for the track I was using the geometry is off quite a bit.

I have been playing with designing track in Marklin Z and am generally impressed, especially at this price. However, I am now stuck. I have a piece that I need to rotate twice but the rotate icon greys out after one rotation; other pieces rotate here and this piece works fine in other places. There is obviously a small bug which needs to be addressed but there is no way I have found to let the designer know about the glitch. I don’t expect any quick fixes but it would be good to be able to log the issue.
