Tradovate: Trade & Invest

Are there any Devs working for the app? I’d give 1 star and delete after this much trouble but alas, we need each other. There’s a a huge lack in support. The app has some technical issues that I’d love to discuss with someone or even fix myself if staffing is the problem. The fact of the matter is I’d like for these kinks to actually be dealt with as this is currently one of the best “us regulated” platforms that allow you to spot trade or trade margins. It’s failing to remove my trades at my stop loss or tp. The trades keep trailing until a reversal that’s costed me $70(x2) on a $18/4.5 play. It should be impossible. I demand someone responds as I’ve made requests from the app which i am met with a bank screen that shows neither my inquiry or a response. No email back, or response on x.com via direct message or public mention. I understand if the market forced a size shift im operation, but some sort of transparency, communication would be great. I oases $200 in the account. Took 2 weeks for the deposit to show. And after 2 weeks of solid trading. I get hit with $50 subscription fee. And now the trade that should have taken me out after looking $4.5, i ended up loosing $70

Please allow us to remain signed In for a specific period of time. Switching between charting software on mobile back and forth and having to wait for the refresh and security check during valuable seconds is very cumbersome. Please also allow us to change the color of the BUY and SELL buttons on the Trade window. Both of these buttons being blue isn’t great when there isn’t a confirmation window and especially when Tradovate defaults back to Buy after being out of there app a few minutes. This has resulted in me putting in the incorrect trade more than once. Thanks

When compared to other futures trading apps out there, this is garbage plain and simple. Navigating different charts, labeling, managing risk, etc….Is all a massive pain. Even the simple task of adding a limit order to a specific price is difficult for it. I’d stay far away from it, or simply trade on the desktop. But even Tradovates desktop app is pretty poor so I’d find a different broker altogether. Another annoying part of using this is the constant pop ups. Constant updates regarding a position or balance just appear on the screen, often times blocking important buttons. I have had many instance where I was trying to manage a position but couldn’t because I had to swipe these annoying things out of the way. Once they start they seemingly do not stop. It’s completely ridiculous that it happens and shows that the developers do not actually use this. Additionally, there are far to many instances where hitting an order or flatten button just doesn’t work.
