Traditions Bank Mobile Banking

The app works really well never have an issue. We need to get into the app, but I only wish that you can see your statements in the app.

The app is so useful when I’m out and about and need to transfer money from checking to savings (or vice versa) really quickly. However, it’s frustrating that you can’t do mobile deposit. I live and work a couple of hours away because of school and it’s frustrating when I can’t deposit any checks that I receive.

I love my bank and the employees that take care of my family but I absolutely despise this app. I always check my account and transfer through this app and more often than not, when I log in, there’s an error, not working at the moment, or call an authorized employee... blah blah blah. I’ve called the bank and reported the issue and have had to get them to reset my PW multiple times. They suggested deleting the app and downloading again. I hate to bother them because I know they are busy. Please, please get this fixed. Concerned customer.
