I’ve been trying to create an account for 2 weeks in order to reach out about some rental properties. “Server couldn’t process request” and other errors every time. I reached out to support for help but haven’t heard anything back. While using the app accountless, there is one more feature I am hoping to be improved. A filter to see furnished vs. unfurnished places would be immensely helpful to the search. Hoping to have support to get logged in asap.

Had tried to join up before arriving in NZ. Was unable, but assumed it was security due to my location outside NZ. Upon arriving I’ve tried many times to join up without success. Each time giving the same error as before I was physically in NZ. I don’t have a local phone number, so that may be the issue. Odd thing these days with most people having WhatsApp or other messaging platform that allow travelers to keep their home number for communication abroad. I was hoping to sell a camera while traveling around, and maybe pick up a lens or camera, but no such luck even joining, much less listing. I’m unsure if this is actually a non- NZ phone number error or something else since the error gives no information. Just says server response error. So not very helpful in identifying what I need to fix to join.
