I started doing Tracy’s method about 6 months ago. I’m 59. I cannot believe how much better I feel. It’s a workout for sure, but it is how it changes you off the mat that is so interesting. You don’t see it coming and then one day you pass up the toxic food or you disengage from the drama and you realize that she has changed you for real. Deeply. Inside and out. Emotionally. It’s my most prioritized self care activity now. It’s not just exercise, it’s truly self care. Looking forward to 60 now, instead of dreading it. So grateful for you, Tracy! 💕

Love the workout and the app is great if all you want is to watch this week’s videos and have better video controls than on the website. Also really appreciate the ability to download a video for when I’m working out in a location with no WiFi. However the settings toggle to prevent autoplay of the next video does not stay selected and the “Live” section includes just a few of the actual live classes — very odd omissions. I’ve never used the favorites feature so can’t speak to that. I also find that every few days or so I have to force restart the app to get it to play videos.

This review is for the app ONLY, not for the actual TA Method which is fantastic. However this is probably one of the most frustrating apps I have ever used. There is no excuse for this app to be as buggy and glitchy as it is especially with the obscene price of this subscription. This app is so bad that it freezes my entire phone. I have to access the workouts from her safari web browser platform on my iPhone and mirror to my TV. That technical experience is also glitchy but more bearable than the app. Regardless, the technology is out there and it must match up with the price. TA needs to get onboard with the times, especially since so many people are reliant on home fitness, now. There are PLENTY of workout apps out there with flawlessly performing apps at a FRACTION of the price. Have respect for the time and $$$$$$ your TAMily is investing in this method; UPGRADE the user experience and please fix this app or even better, please launch an Apple TV app. Nobody mirrors or screen casts anymore and we will be forever grateful!!
