The absolute queen of Pyro! I’ve been a diehard KG fan for years — saving every Instagram workout, running through her Nike Training programs on repeat (honestly, I lost count after the 6th time), and wishing there was more. Enter: this app. It’s truly the dream gym partner. My body feels its strongest, leanest, and most energized when I’m doing KG's workouts consistently. Whether it’s a spicy switch climber and burpee combo that leaves you flying or the perfect mini-band glute activations before a long run, every session is curated with so much intention (and hot sauce). Pyro is the best mix of fire and finesse, quick burners, longer flows, strength, cardio, mobility — it’s all here. No matter the mood or time you have, there’s something to make you feel unreal.

I don’t think there’s a trainer that understands women’s bodies quite like Kirsty. I’m one of those people that doesn’t know what to do alone in the gym and now I look forward to going. The music feature that just launched is a game changer and Kirsty is the most motivating instructor ever! I saw results as quickly as three weeks and it’s been two months and I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my body. She also put out so much new content. It doesn’t ever feel like I’m doing the same thing! In fact, I don’t know if I’ll ever get through all of them. Truly, the best digital platform.
