TOUS - Online Jewelry

App is not functional at all. Tous should provide an official app that works. For a brand that sells expensive pieces of jewelry, it’s not acceptable to have an app so bad that their customers don’t feel safe using it. It is worse than the first one, you can’t even access your bag without it crashing. Truly disappointing .

I was excited to see that Tous made a new app, because the previous one was very bad, to my surprise this one is worse!!! As the official app of an expensive and recognized brand has such an unusable app, seriously, there are not all the details of the garments, you can’t zoom in, you can’t enter the account anyway, I prefer not to buy anything online than to live the bad experience

This new app is horrible, you can’t login to your account, it’s very glitchy and once you succeed and are able to login some of the in-store information is gone, which shows in the old app. There is no improvement from before, I think is worse!!!
