‘No DUD policy/guarantee’ NOT satisfied
Im a long time customer that buys lots of fireworks at least twice each year for past 20+ years. This past July 4 holiday, I was disappointed when my ‘opening firework’ , a large aerial display called Monster Mayhem did NOT IGNITE completely (only a few of 42 mortar type fireworks shot into sky) . really think it ruined my entire ‘show’. I’ve requested refund online (only way to do so), twice maybe 3 times, each time submitting receipts & photos of ‘Monster Mayhem/unshot shells’ . I’ve yet to receive refund (it’s been over 6 months )! HELEN WALKER - Marietta, GA

We need AR fireworks for ALL fireworks. Rockets, reloadables, blooming flowers, etc etc. TNT this is a crazy feature you guys got here, this app is really underrated. Brows, watch, AR, Locations, everything you can do except shop. Still a great app they also do provide you with coupons

Very Helpful
Got the app to see which fireworks we should use for a big reunion every year. Loved the videos to see all the different fireworks. I ordered on the app and picking up my order from the store was a breeze. Definitely recommend if you want to have an easy shopping experience.
