After 1 week of being locked out of my account due to the upgrade I finally got access to my online banking. When I open the app it continues to make me go through the App Store to get in causing extra steps. Not at all user friendly

Pure trash
Says I have to update after updating. No longer can I plan trips with debit card. Makes me want to bank elsewhere if I could give it less than 1 I’d make it -10

Redownloading Issues
I did the update. I opened the app afterwards and then it prompted me to update. I decided to delete the app, then reinstall it. There is no feature to reinstall. I don’t want to keep going into the App Store for iPhone, search the banking app, and open it from there. All of my login works this way, but it’s currently not user friendly. Can we get a bug fix so we can reinstall the app with the new features? Thanks!
