The shades are FABULOUS! The App is very difficult to work. Even the installers have had trouble helping me get timers set
The app and firmware are extremely buggy. I’ve had to do a soft reset on the firmware 5 times in 2 months. Even the installers gave up trying to setup the hub! Thankfully I’m a software engineer and I was able to figure it out the next day. This feels unacceptable after spending $8,000 on the shades + smart home hub. The app itself feels like a high school project.
New bridge with matter support solves the problems with the old bridge. Everything is working now for the most part. Thanks for improving things over time.
