The Magical Typewriter

This is a continuation of my old review, and I just want to say that I really enjoyed this game. These reviews are up to 8 years old. I used to believe you will continue this but I realized you probably wont. This game rarely has other players and it feels like a graveyard. I really hope the storyline will continue and bring back the nostalgia for all the players of this game. I am replaying it for my third time. I really think that the game you are working on, Witches and wizards, is nothing compared to this. If you were to continue, this game could be so much more popular, and the old players would come back. I did notice that you stopped changing the quest message for every year to one that just says it will continue “sooner or later” (rather than “game will continue 2025”). Please continue. I love this game just like so many old players do and we hope it will come back and be a popular game for all the Harry Potter nerds, ex players, ect.

I first played The Magical Typewriter when I was 8 years old, and now I’m 16. It’s been such a long time, and while the game still holds its magical charm, it feels like it’s been forgotten. The concept is unique, and the story is truly engaging, but there are some noticeable flaws. The game glitches and freezes sometimes, which can make the experience frustrating. The biggest downside, though, is how lonely it feels to play. There’s no active community anymore, and it seems like the developers haven’t updated the game in years. It feels old, abandoned, and stuck in time. That’s the saddest part because this game has so much potential to be amazing again. If the developers revived it with updates or fixes, I could easily see it becoming a 5-star experience. It’s a game worth remembering, but it needs some love to shine like it once did.

I absolutely love this game, it makes me think of a before-Harry-Potter wizarding world, until I saw the Dark Lord and he didn’t look like Voldemort but that’s okay I don’t really care. This WOULD be 5-stars except I got to the part with Archer Poisonwood and I really want to continue the adventure but it says ‘wait for update’. Please update this soon so I can continue my adventure!!! Anyways basically this game is awesome I don’t mind the ads so much since they aren’t that often. I do wish the blue potions could be a little more common so that I don’t have to do 20 levels of the Sealed Dungeon just to find 5 of them (that was an exaggeration but you get my point). I would also like to be able to customize my character just a little bit more :) Still, great game with good graphics and concept. I like how there’s a little obby thing in there when you go to the dungeon that’s cool. However I don’t know if this is a glitch or not, but when you use the impact spell on the lamp and couch (don’t judge it’s fun to destroy things with the spell) on the second to top floor in the Haunted House the house goes away and you fall into eternity and then (thankfully) get teleported back to the Typewriter Room. Thank you and please download this is a really fun game!EDIT: I recently redownloaded the game, and have encountered an issue with the cat form potion. When I tap it, it doesn’t do anything. Also, I have no objectives to complete after going into the dark forest, and I recall the game used to go further. I believe there are some technical issues here, that or I’m doing something wrong, but I’ve tried everything and it won’t work.
