The new version of the app is so much better, I can order my takeaway so it’s ready when I get there before work and can go to any of the other locations and use my loyalty which is great! The fact I can also sit in the venue and earn rewards through the app to my table is also so beneficial. Have been a customer for a really long time and love the venues!!

Scanned the barcode on the app with every purchase i’ve made, only for my balance remain at ‘0.’

It’s a little frustrating when you haven’t ordered for a while you need to login in again, not sure the ‘remember me’ functionality works. The entire repeat order process needs to be streamlined - surely one button is all I need to hit to order my regular coffee, from my regular outlet, using my regular payment method? Why do I need to scroll to find my nearest store, surely if I have logged in, you know my local store if I have not enabled location? App works well just needs tweaking to ensure a better user experience to ensure customers return to the store and buying - after all isn’t that the point of the app?
