The Halo App

I’m having trouble getting the app to open, I’ve reach out via messenger, commented on Facebook, I’ve even tried to send an email but I haven’t gotten a response. I was able to use the app up until this month, never got a loan offer but I was able to put in a request but now I can’t even open it. Is the company still in business?

This app worked great for me earlier this summer and I was able to make my medical bills on time, so I’m super grateful for that. But literally the day I made my last payment to them, the app stopped working. I get an error message and cannot log in to contact support. I have emailed about the error message with no response and reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and made sure I had the most recent version. I wanted to love this app because it did help me but I need help again and I’m sad to not have it as an option. I would’ve given my initial experience 5 stars but it sadly remains 1 star at best as long as I can’t even use it.

The idea of this app is good ever every time I open the app my phone tells me ERROR: Something went wrong, please try again. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again numerous times. Reset my iPhone, reset network settings, I’ve done everything but throw my phone at the wall. I can’t contact anyone because I can get past the ERROR message. I’ll fix my review if you all can help me to get this app working.
