I was really excited to find this app as was struggling to find an app dedicated to tracking fibre and gut health to help manage specific medical challenges in that area. Unfortunately the app build really lets it down. It has all the tools I need but they freeze frequently and the food diary needs a lot of work to be up to daily use. I haven’t even been able to add their own gut stuff bars in the app let alone other specific food items. A search function and an option to add items to the wider database directly in app would go a long way.
Have learnt so many simple, easy ways to look after my gut health from this app! Have been feeling SO much better since using it.
Not only has this app helped me keep track of my fibre, but it’s also helped me keep track of my mood and sleep! The recipes are also sooooo good. I’ve there’s one app I reccomend IT’S THIS ONE 🤩
We believe everyone has a right to know their guts. Gut health doesn’t have to be confusing or involve super expensive magic pills, over-priced cons...
