The Atlantis Circle

The app opens up and then no membership info is available. You can’t login properly or update your profile. Very poor experience

A 5-Star establishment like The Atlantis & Royal Atlantis deserves a much better app than this. After several attempts it still unable to recognize that you are a member, and navigating it is truly cumbersome. Sorry, but you can and should make the app experience a far more friendly, and useful one. Perhaps link it to payment, point redemption etc. or at least make it recognize existing members.

Very frustrating to wait for the app to load and nothing happens only a message that says “Our chefs are busy preparing for service” I have tried everything without any good results. Very Disappointing!!!
