I’ve used Moniic several times now and it’s honestly one of the best chauffeur services I’ve experienced in the city. The app is smooth, the cars are pristine (my personal favorite was the Bentley), and the drivers are professional and punctual. I love that you can book by the hour, perfect for events or a full day out. It feels like having your own private driver on demand. Highly recommend if you want comfort, style, and reliability.

I booked a ride on Moniic, but the driver started driving away from me instead of toward me. I called support, and all they told me was to cancel the ride and they would “refund” the cancellation fee. No rebooking offered, no real solution. Moniic used to be a reliable app, but now it’s become practically useless. The service quality has dropped significantly, and customer support doesn’t seem to care about actually helping customers anymore. Really disappointed.
