I have been a member of the Texas Tech Federal Credit Union since the little bitty office it was located in the back of the Administration Building. And since then the TTFCU has helped me and my family purchase three vehicles and allowed me to receive a home equity loan. For the past 25 years or so I have relied on the TTFCU in pretty much all my financial decisions and they have always been there when I needed them. I am proud to be not only an Alumni of TTU but also a proud member of the TTFCU.
The old app was just fine! This new app (not an update) erase all my payment history and credit card account information. I could schedule all my card payment in one place before, now I can’t. I had to pay a late fee because I scheduled a payment in the old app and it let me schedule a payment after the expiration date so I missed the payment. The new authentication mechanism can’t connect with other big bank such as Citi bank. So not only I can’t pay my bill from this app, I also can’t using other bank’s app to draw money to pay. What’s the point of having a ‘new’ app, if your customers can’t even do basic banking such as paying bills and deposit checks? Very disappointing!!
I’ve had an account for twenty years and I never had a problem till y’all changed the app. It was poorly put together and all my info for paying bills was erased! I am 67 and that’s not nice to do to old people! Anyway I called and figured it out so far so hopefully there will be no more curveballs like that!
