I can’t register to telepass even though I have an Italian fiscal code and even a French tax code number. After wasting time signing up I can’t pay with a Italian French or American credit card keeps saying I have a mismatch account holder name. Huge waste of time. App hard coded to only be Italian numbers too??

Dopo aver speso tutto il tempo necessario a inserire i dati, CIE, autenticazione biometrica, ecc., si blocca sulla parte finale "Attendere qualche secondo..." Chi me lo fa fare a riprovare da capo, e rischiare di perdere tutto di nuovo? Non solo la app non funziona, ma è cosa inverosimile che ci siano ben tre app "Telepass": Telepass "ufficiale", Telepass Pay e Telepass Pay X. In questo si coglie una certa celebrazione del sistema, mentre funzionalità e chiarezza non paiono essere priorità. Una singola app che funziona sarebbe meglio.

Telepass can we not be used unless you have an Italian bank account. The app does not use English and the officials at PontoBlu where the app says to finish setting up the account are RUDE and no help.
