There is an error if you don’t select a language for the call, and you can’t select a language because the dropdown doesn’t populate for callback, so cannot make a telephone appointment.

I’m on a trip from the US in another country trying to get treatment for a recurring issue that many women get and I can’t seem to find anyone who is willing to treat me in the entire United Kingdom. This service was recommended by my insurance coverage and, after verifying my identity and choosing a call back time from 2:00am to 6:00am, had my appointment cancelled with no explanation. Hope my kidneys will understand.
