TCL Connect

Sometimes app gives me a notice that my child is out of area but it is still in the house. Also location change is not tracking changes fast, it needs to be more trackable in real time.

I recently downloaded your mobile application from the Apple App Store to connect my TCL wearable device. However, I am currently facing an issue where the app does not detect or display any wearable devices. Upon opening the app, it only shows router and audio devices as available options — there is no option to add or pair my TCL smartwatch. I have ensured that my device is compatible and that all necessary permissions are granted, but the wearable section seems to be completely missing or not functioning. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or steps I can follow to ensure my wearable device can be properly detected and paired through the app.

Literally have no option to re-register my child’s MT40 watch after getting a new phone. I’ve unpaired on the app on my old phone e, but there simply is is no “wearables” option for pairing. The watch itself is also garbage. Battery lasts a few hours and the tracking is terrible too- slow and never up-to-date. Defeats the entire purpose of having this watch/app
