Page not found, yet notification still won’t go off and still highlighted though I have already gone thru multiple times & unable to remove. It’s irritating the red notification keeps showing but there’s nothing to read any more other than old promotions. Clicked and there’s nothing.

Received an email from TCC about the new rewards program (without any explanation to existing members on actions required), and decided to try the app. Tried signing up for a new account, didn’t work as my number was registered. Tried recovering my password, system error (never goes away regardless when you retry). App is junk, not sure what TCC is trying to achieve by introducing this new rewards program/app other than to antagonise loyal long time customers.

Who would release such an app... Can’t sign up. Once i received an OTP when I enter it, says need to fix something a form. If i intentionally enter a wrong OTP, guess what it says wrong OTP 🤦🏻‍♂️ Can’t reset my password, if i use an old number to reset my password it say “a problem happened while processing your request. Try again later”. Why should i try again later??? What’s funny if i enter a bogus random number it say not in the system. When i asked the staff at tcc (orchard) they just gave a bs reason, oh at 3 AM there are too many people trying to sign up. Facepalming myself 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ This is the first time in my life i write a review. Since it’s the worst quality application I’ve seen to date. To the developer(s): You’re Fired!!!
