Taskade: AI Apps & Agents

The app runs slow on my iPad Pro 4th Generation with 1TB and the upgraded chip. It wont even open any more on my MacBook. It has not been updated for 4 months in the Mac App Store and when I download the program for Mac from the website I still get the spinning wheel of death. I’m not playing with the phone app really because that’s not where I want to do most of the work. I want to use the phone for reviewing but I as it stands, I can’t get anything done in this thing so I'm not going to bother. I would love it if these guys got their team the resources they need to polish this thing up better. It would be great if they did. I know asking for a feature seems counter productive considering my primary complaint, but I use Motion for auto scheduling my day and if they could add this feature as well, I would be so happy! It seems to be the only missing feature I need to switch all my task Management. Ill be watching these guys and hopefully they double their workforce so they can fix their problems and add some new features. Ill pay through the nose for an app like this if it functions properly and auto schedules.

Taskade is a totally polished and awesome application. Versatile doesn’t come close to describing it. It is very open plan - set it up exactly to your requirements. Support is very fast and explains what’s going on without hiding behind your typical corporate you know what. So.. what not to like? Nothing is bad, it is more of a wish or request… I think working with teams is the area to improve.. because there is so much functionality it is sometimes good to be able to disable some things.. like only being able to chat/leave comments at a top project level and not in every possible place imaginable. Team members have said they can’t keep up with all the notifications from everywhere. Anyway, it’s a top notch app how ever you slice it.. if your looking for something that can sort your life or your companies team.. you should get this app.. now!

I have problems with swiping back from a list. It seems that it’s too easy to swipe back to the Workspace from a list - it should be much more difficult! I have accidentally swiped back many times in the middle of typing; sometimes I can’t even get through a sentence. If you swipe left from anywhere in the list - even if your finger was on the far right side of the page - it takes you back. Whenever I’m trying to select a bit of text...it takes me back. I’m really annoyed with this seeing as the app concept itself is gold, I just really want it to be usable. The app design is nice, and minimal which I like - however, I feel like there should be some font customization...I’m not a huge fan of the font that’s in here now. Not even per-list customization, just a general font for the whole app that you could choose. But this isn’t a real problem for me, just a feature I’d love to see. Another small customization feature I’d love are little things you can find in other apps - more highlight colors (gray is the one I really want to see), a gray option for Workspaces (huge fan of the color, haha), maybe swipe actions. The option to add your own custom bullets would be really great, or even to color the bullets instead of highlighting text. Highlighted text in this app looks rather unappealing to me. All this said, the app design is quite good, although I much prefer the more streamlined and spacious Mac version.
