This game is addictive and it all goes well until you reach a high level and if you stop paying money it will force you to lose and later on you are not allowed to enter the game. It keeps telling you there is a “connection problem” but this is not true! I can always connect as a guest and restart from zero but I can no longer connect to my old account. Very unethical! Very fake!

I just uninstalled this game and will be moving to Jawaker. The user interface is nice, and that’s about it. The game is slow, mired with bugs, ads are nonstop, your coins go down twice as fast as they go up, stupid features keep being added, and customer service reps respond to every inquiry like robots. I couldn’t take it anymore with the addition of their latest “feature”: if your partner bets 13 and leaves the game, you’re allowed to report them. Sounds logical to prevent crazy people from screwing others by popping up for a second, betting 13 and leaving the game. Except that you’re the one getting suspended when you bet 13 because you had 11 cards of the same suit, lost the game but stayed till the end, but your partner didn’t like losing so he reported you. Oh and that’s correlated with their other great feature: if you have 10 or more cards of the same suit, you can either pass or bet 13; nothing in between. When a game stresses you out more than bring you enjoyment, you know it’s a definite Never Again! PS: I can’t wait for the robotic reply that says “we’re sorry to see you leave but we take user feedback very seriously and we’re trying to keep the game clean”

I played this game when it was a different app. I didn’t realize it was migrated to a new app, so I spent a few months wondering why it would just crash... I didn’t play that whole time. I wish there was an ambush message on the old app to update me, I thought the game was abandoned. Anyway, this new version isn’t as good: It doesn’t support offline play, which the old one did. Also, why when I choose to play again am I taken back to the matchmaking screen? The old app would keep all the players that agreed to another game together. The chat options are too much, it’s too easy to cheat with it. There isn’t an option to change between male/female for the voice bids. The old app supported it. Overall the game is still decent, but no where near the the quality it used to be. It seems it got a more polished update on the graphics at the expense of a lot of functionality. Update: I see that they still force you to bid 13 sometimes, even when the lowest bid is 7. Garbage, unless there is a rule I don’t know about. They don’t have an instruction page or anything, so I don’t know.
