From the beginning 2

I wrote a review a year ago about how I’d been playing since the very beginning. About how the game was fun but repetitive. And a multitude of other things. I believe my review accurately mirrored the opinion of the majority. But now, after returning from yet another one of my long breaks, I’ve discovered the game has changed significantly. New features make it easier for newer or returning players to catch up and the company has done an amazing job of keeping it mostly an activity based game. You can feel free to spend money, and should if it’s something you enjoy, but I don’t feel as if TT2 has ever coerced me into spending more money than I am comfortable with. With newer features like Titan souls, relic booster, and a plethora of changes to the raid card system, one can reach ascendency level in no time. With lots of work of course. And once ascendency is achieved you can now play with some of the best in the world and fight to get your name on the leader boards. Perhaps this game finally coming out with something resembling an ending has rejuvenated my spirit for it. TT2 is, and I predict will for much longer be, one of the better mobile games out there. Same thing as last time, as for advertisements they’re mostly optional. And the game is about as safe as an online game is going to get. If you’ve never played before, download it, give it some time, and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I think you’ll enjoy TT2 just like I do. Congratulations to the developers, keep doing what you guys are doing. You have my support. Yours truly, -Loyal Player.

Still going!

I don’t even remember how many years I’ve been playing now. Overall, I really like the game, especially think especially because I belong to a chill clan who participates as much as possible with the titan killing. If you join a clan where nobody ever says anything, people are never logged on, or if they are too crazy about you needing to spend money, do yourself a favor and seek out a different clan. It makes a huge difference. Go on Reddit to check out the game sub, meet clans there and also get a lot of helpful advice. Check out the compendium, tons of build advice there too. The devs have always been attentive the few times I have reached out if I needed to or to report a bug or make a suggestion. They recently lowered back the price of the season pass from $25 to $10 which is good. I support the game when I can but $25 for a season pass is too much for me. They give you a couple of tier price options now. But even if you don’t get a season pass, you still have fun and earn loot. The game has gone through a lot of updates over the years, which shows they still care about it. Keep up the great efforts, friends!

Solo raiding.....

As it stands. Solo raiding was a mistake in its current form. Normal clan raids, you pick your most effective cards and hit the titan. Solo raiding throws that out the window by giving your cards RANDOMLY. This isn’t a problem for the first few portals, but as you go on, it starts give you biblically dumb combinations with some of this games most under powered and worthless cards that cannot compare to the top rank cards you use for the normal raids. I prioritize leveling the cards that worked well in raids at all times and solo raiding is punishing me for it heavily, but not in the way you may think. Now let point out some of the crap I’ve encountered while Solo raiding. During these raids the titans can have a debuffs or a buffs, like 20% more blast damage or 20 % blast resistance. I would get a RANDOM loadout of cards that did not help at all. Titan has affliction resist, got loadouts with only affliction. Titan has high armor! Got 1 loadout with armor damage and 2 of the worst damage cards in the game and a whole set of body damage cards. You cannot end a solo raid before you make 3 attacks even though you know your wasting your time. Without some reroll for the random card loadouts this just seems like a pain to take part in because of how unbalanced the cards are when you don’t have some control over what cards you can use. But also I’ve got good loadouts that could 1 fight a portal 20 titan. But then you get bad loadouts that are the similar level as your good cards. it’s painful.
