It has all the functionality I expect from a bank. It works well.
I called Tandem this week. A nice woman answered right away. No mechanical menu - straight to a real person. She knew how to solve my problem and took care of it immediately. I sent a message with a question and she answered right away. It was so utterly pleasant and stress-free. The polar opposite of big banks. Highly recommend Tandem. It’s how banks should be.
I love Tandem Bank and this app just makes using Tandem Bank even simpler. I love the mobile check depositing. It sure beats worrying about wiring something or hoping a check gets there through the US Mail. Thank you, Tandem Bank!
