Talking Stick Resort

Worthless app, same issue as everyone else, when trying to login to my account it just sends me in an endless loop. Based on other comments and my own experience this has been going on for over half a year. This has obviously been reported to Talking Stick and they apparently just don’t care about their brand and its professionalism. I used to love talking stick but I think my days of spending money there are at an end. Every other casino in the valley has an app that works properly. Every other casino in the valley sends me offers for free hotel stays, dining credit, free play credit. Talking Stick sends me $5 in free play. What a joke. I know you guys don’t have to focus too hard on customer service with all the money you rake in but just know your business practices are actively losing you money to other casinos.

I can’t even log in to see my acct information, I have no idea what the card pin is or how to reset it. The app just loops back after double authentication. Worthless application. It gives less info than the website and no info as far as the rewards account.

This app does not work. I try to sign in, and it goes back to the login page. You just go in circles forever and are never able to sign in. You can’t use the website either, as it forces you to download this app that doesn’t work.
