App consistently ‘hangs’ on a load screen for extended periods, so much so you start to think it’s not going to open the page to make an order at all. Whichever Product person thinks that the path through the app to make an actual lunch order and pay makes sense (flows intuitively? - bahahaha) is an idiot.
This is the second time the app cannot even be opened after updating to the latest version. Tried to turn off the phone and turned back on, it still would not work , very annoying.
Absolutely ridiculous that the minimum credit you can load is $50. To be unable to use the canteen AT ALL unless using Swype is fine, until you try to load a reasonable amount such as $20. We don’t use the canteen all the time, just occasionally so $50 is just ridiculous. Also, what if you needed to load credit in the last couple weeks of the school year??? Again, you don’t need $50!!!! Very very unhappy with this system
