Although the app itself is a bit buggy and slow, the process for verification and medical users under 21 is incredibly easy. I will gladly be using the app.

Can’t set up account. Keeps telling me my drivers license is attached to another account. Have worked with customer service for 3 days. They say do this, do that and none of it works. It’s horribly formatted. Often The enter button is below the screen. I don’t need this aggravation for smoke. It’s too available thru other sources to waste any further time. Don’t waste your time either.

I did everything to try and complete my profile. I did the ID verification. I did the other verification. I set everything up and for almost 2 weeks now I’ve been battling support to help me verify my email. I literally almost 100 times I’ve sent myself the email verification and tried to verify with the email, but it won’t let me select the buttons it just highlights the words in the button and I even tried on my laptop. I tried on three different device devices to iPhone iPhones one Samsung I even tried in the browser on all device devices. I tried so many times and I’ve recorded my screen while trying to do this and images and sent it to support as they asked and they haven’t done anything to just push the verification. Like I’m getting the emails but literally I have 20 to 50 different email verification emails and not one works. This app is a joke. I remember when they first came out I was all about sweetie but now it’s turned into. Annoying.
