I recently have the security cameras installed and had system set up for off diet view. I am truly disappointed it worked for one day on my IPhone. I had to install the iPhone app on my iPad and that worked for one day also. If it works if will be fine but, it is very inconsistent. Now I am not sure I made the right choice for my security needs. I have no access when I am away. There are too many complaints and if doesn't seem that anyone is addressing the problem.

Good to restore... I hope to see the return of the new app when fixed. Please allow the tool bar to toggle away. It really obscures too much view. Also please keep Zoom intact. These are the only two things missing from new app. The best two new features of new app... Reloads properly from phone off and camera sets are swipeable.

I don't know what all this hype is about the new update not working. The update seems to be working better than the last version for me. However it did wipe all my saved settings, but when I retyped them in my cameras seem to be more clear and had a faster frame rate with almost no delay. I think Swann did a great job with this new update and I will not be reverting back to the older version. Running on the iPhone 5. And for those of you are saying that it will not work on 3G or 4G, call Swann support and you'll be up and running almost immediately. I went from out-of-the-box to fully functional on my home network and on my cellular service within three hours. Don't leave a bad review if you have not at least attempted to have tech-support fix the problem. They are extremely knowledgeable and very tech savvy. Great job Swann!! I am a very satisfied customer
