Surveymonkey Rewards

The app is great, don’t get me wrong, it is probably one of the most reliable and simple survey sites out there, but this review is only 4 stars for things that can easily be changed. One of those things is the fact that I think this app does not offer as many surveys as others. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great that you don’t need to qualify for surveys on half of them, but that seems to be a trade off with the fact you can only get around one survey at a time. This app would be one of the absolute best if it offered more than one survey at a time, especially when there are many surveys where you do not need to qualify. I know the fact that you have to qualify for surveys is hard to change since isn’t something you could control, instead it’s made by the community. There was also one bug I would like to address since it happened recently and it happened with a whopping $3.50 survey. To my surprise, I qualified and I got very excited (I believe you need to qualify for the high paying surveys). When I was answering one of the questions, it would not let me pass to the question, even though I answered them all in that page. Instead of bringing me to the next set of questions, it instead showed a message at the top of the page saying how one of the questions need to be answered. I have checked about a dozen times to see if I answered all five of them, but it would not let me proceed. I really hope that these get patched, but i would understand if you choose not to change the settings of the survey frequencies or something else do to lack of profit. Thank you so much.

This is my favorite survey app! It’s so simple and to the point. You answer surveys, and in return, you are compensated. I read a lot of emails of people complaining and saying that they only get about one survey a week, and they’d like more. A week ago, I would’ve agreed, but I’ve actually made $10 within the past week and here’s how. Just because they aren’t sending you notifications about surveys doesn’t mean they don’t have any there for you. One day last week, I went on just to check my balance, and there was a survey waiting for me. They never sent a notification. And now, I do at least 2 surveys a day. Meanwhile, they only send me notifications once a week/maybe every other week. Just go check the app every once in a while. Sometimes there aren’t surveys waiting, but other times, there are. I make an effort to check at least every hour and I’ve actually completed 2 surveys today. I hope this helps anyone that would like more surveys.

While I want to give them 5 stars I just can’t. My number update issue was fixed. But not before I turned into the crazy neighbor lady. Which I’m not proud of. There needs to be better communication between SurveyMonkey and it’s app users. My issue is not with the time in between surveys, or the money amount. I have always been happy with both. Surveys are done when I have time. No problem. 5 stars for that. 5 stars to the folks who helped me. Jil, Alan, and tech person. -5 for the automated mess you go through to get help. I will admit I went overboard. Hitting all their Social Media and BBB. But a person should not have to have such a hard time getting help. Especially if they have already done all the help links/emails/calling an automated phone line options that are suggested. I feel for your Customer Service employees. Once we do get through. They have to deal with your companies frustrated customers. It’s no doing of their that the app is set up in such a way that communication is a mess. SurveyMonkey please read your negative reviews here and on the BBB. Try to address them. Most are asking how can they talk to someone after week/months of trying. You shouldn’t have to be a paid app users to get proper hassle free help. Signed, Crazy neighbor lady. LoL
