this is a genuine review, and this app is awesome. i used this like a year ago when i had 500 points, then i just used it TODAY and got 1500 points, which is 7.50 dollars, so i redeemed a playstation gift card, but i just wanna say it’s really good and efficient, you get around 5-10 dollars a day just by doing this depending on how much you do it. this app is awesome. and this review is NOT botted, i am a human . edit it does take a while for ur reward, don’t expect it to give it to you overnight. edit this review was originally 5 stars, but i switched it because it’s taking a long time to get my reward, i’ve been waiting over two days now, which is how long it claimed to take to get my reward, and im dissatisfied now. it’s still an amazing app, it’s just taking really long for my reward. Edit: i contacted support, and it said i tried to redeem a gift during their transmission to a new gift card provider, and it said it added my 2000 points back to my account, but it didn’t at all. after i told the ai, it said that i had to reset all cookies and history to help. I did that, still nothing. I still don’t have my 2000 points back. sorry crowdtap, im still dissatisfied.
never mind after i completed a survey i got my points back. i would give it 5 stars, but all this ruckus it caused brung it down a star.

UPDATED Review: Crowdtap has reslolved this issue and hopefully it won’t occur again as I believe it might have been a computer glitch. Thanks, Crowdtap - Glad to be back and participate in exciting surveys to provide my honest opinion and be rewarded!
I have used Crowdtap off and on for several years. It used to be WONDERFUL. I enjoyed sharing my opinions in exchange for gift cards. It was a very fun app as you never got “screened-out” or get halfway through a survey and then not get rewarded. But this is 2nd time this has happened to me: I get a notice that my account has been suspended due to poor answers, etc. I’ve contacted customer service on both occasions and first time it got straightened out for a while then I got same message and got frustrated and deleted app and quit doing surveys - well history has repeated itself and I’m in same situation right now and just received a message from support at Crowdtap in response to my request for assistance chat and I still can’t get into my account. I’ve earned approximately $15 in 2 days that I may or may not ever receive. If they ever fix whatever “glitch” is wrong in their system, then I’ll try one more time and update my rating and review but what a struggle and hassle just to earn a gift card

I downloaded this app a little while ago so I’m not sure about some of the issues people have had, as I haven’t experience any. The only issue I have had is a few days ago my app was showing no surveys for days but I came on here and someone who had a similar issue they told to logout and log back in and that fixed it for me!
I feel like they give you a fair amount of points per survey, I’ve maybe spent like a an hour of my time total and I’ve made like $15. It’s not like crazy good money but I know a lot of survey apps have it where you have to save up points for weeks and weeks just to get a measly $5, but this one you could probably spend like 25 minutes and get $5, maybe more if you’re not also half watching tv at the same time like me. So you can cash out points in a short period of time and they have so many gift card options. It’s kind of fun in a way and I like to do something else while watching tv so I just take these little surveys and fund my Starbucks addiction.
Also is nice because you don’t have to answer like 5 minutes worth of questions just to find out you don’t qualify for a survey, instead the ‘surveys’ themselves are usually just like a couple questions about a certain topic.
