This game is absolutely amazing and it’s one of my favorite games. I do not understand most of the other people criticisms because I have been having so much fun playing this. The mechanics are great and I don’t understand the obliviousness of the other people. I like all the time I have been playing this, the sounds and music is good the satisfaction you feel when annexing a country, the satisfaction you would feel when your sending your artillery to the enemy. It is super interactive playing with online players, and chat, it allows you to communicate with players and it makes it more fun. If you like war and history you will like this game. If you like strategy games and tactical gameplay this is the game for you. Play this game it is fun. Now time for my criticism’s. Despite me saying the mechanics are awesome I am having trouble moving my troops. When I build 40 recruiting offices I have to move each individual troop to a spot to make an army. If you can make it automatically move troops for you when each troop is made like a local rally point that would be nice. Other than that there is no complaints. This is a really good game and a must download.
I have been playing this game for quite a while, completed a few games. It is a good game and I would recommend it, but it has its fair share of downsides too. For one thing, if you attack a nation that is run by a computer, you can’t go back (if you did it by accident or you miscalculated how strong they were) A few of my games have been lost because of this. There’s also some resource management issues. You don’t get that many resources, which is their way of making you pay for more. It really makes it hard to develop because you need so many resources to make all the essential structures. Besides these major flaws in the games design, it is quite fun; when you are actually in a server with a lot of players, you can make coalitions and plan coordinated attacks, so that your combined force means you won’t be overpowered. It takes more victory points to win while in a coalition, but it makes the game much easier. Every time I have won a game, I was in a coalition. Also, if you are at war with a player, you can make a peace treaty with them (trading land, resources, relations for peace with them) This is better than the computers that don’t stop attacking you ever. There’s one last thing to be addressed here, and that’s the amount of time a game takes. From my experience, just the tutorial game takes about two months (the tutorial has 4x speed) and most normal games take more than half a year. If you don’t think you can commit to a game like this, it’s not the game for you. Anyways, that’s all I have to say.
Please read this all the way through. The game is fun and addictive and the rotating scenarios keeps the game from being stagnant and the game modes are paced to a point where you can play for a while and set down your phone without having to worry much about being destroyed within an hour and you can start multiple games if you want to play more often. The game is very easy to understand and it’s common to find other players willing to help you. By far my favorite game made by Bytro to date. Now onto the negatives; I understand the devs need to make their money somehow but the in game transaction breaks the game. It’s not inherently pay to win but when you can just instantly unlock troop information with 750 gold there’s no point in building airplanes in late game or just taking a risk and attacking and when you can boost your damage, destroy buildings, keep provinces from producing valuable resources, and decrease morale all behind a 2000 gold paywall there’s no point in actually playing if you have some money to spend on gold. There are ways to counter these but it’s by no means easy to do making it easier to just pay money and win rather than play and win. I don’t care if the transactions are removed but it needs to be way harder to just pay to win which would encourage people who actually are skilled and who actually want to play to play the game and support the game. Either way I highly recommend you try this game and see how you like it because at lease for me it’s been more good experiences than bad. Thank you.
