SUPERSTAR ATEEZ

Sorry for the long title! Anyways, this app is the best, I love it so much. It has amazing songs and helped me discover some songs by ATEEZ that I haven’t discovered before. 🥹 It’s such a comforting game and when I’m bored all I have to do is play it and get higher levels (Easy, Normal, Hard) now I’m on hard mode and it’s getting easier and easier (I’m still missing some keys) ! One of the changes I’d like are the wallpapers. I do love these wallpapers although it’s only one free wallpaper type and I’d love to have many many more of FREE wallpapers because I’m really not trying to waste my money on this app especially since it’s just for music and practice on VOS mode with your favorite group. (Correct me if I’m wrong) There is no offense to what I said above so please don’t take it offensive. But like said before 😔☝🏽 I just really don’t feel like wasting money especially for a picture on my screen, I love Mingi and he’s my bias and that’s my wallpaper for the app, but it’s the same one and I’d love to have a photo of him from Guerillas but I see that as for money. Maybe one for [THE REAL] 🪭🪭 If possible, please make that free. 🩷💕 The other fix I’d like is the pfp. I checked everywhere and no matter what I do it won’t let me change but I see everyone else with different. I’m stuck with the free ones. I am a really big fan of this game and I really enjoy it and enjoy playing it and I think it is one of the most games. I’ve played my entire life but there is one problem the updatesUpdating the game like every single month or every single week. It’s just so frustrating for me because you know waiting for the update and then and then it takes so much time to update And I have to start the game and download the data all over again like why would you have to update the game every week? like I get it you put the members photos on the app icon to celebrate their birthdays, and I appreciate it actually, but it’s so annoying to update the game every single week but it takes so much time to update and it takes so much time to download the data all over again, the game is alreadyReally fun to play I really hope you see my comment seriously because I really love the game. I enjoy it so much and appreciate your hard work to make the game better thank you

I’ve been playing this game for over a year and I have to say, it’s the best rhythm game that I have ever played. I’ve had no problems with it up until now. I recently won an event and was told to send an email to the superstar ateez team with instructions on how to claim my prize and get it sent to me. I did this and followed the instructions to perfection, and they sent me a follow up email saying that it should deliver in about 3 weeks. Well, it’s been over a month now and I’ve sent countless emails trying to get an update about why I’ve received no follow up emails from them about my prize getting delivered. I’m sad and disappointed because I love this game so much, but something like this has made me want to stop playing. Especially when the prize I won was one that I could only get by entering a paid raffle. If anyone from the Superstar Ateez team sees this, please contact me via email. Open the inbox, you will see the many emails I have sent, and reply to one. For fellow atinys, I highly encourage playing this game! However, be careful and hesitant when entering raffles and giveaways. Their support team is not great at reaching out in case something goes wrong. UPDATE: My prize has still not arrived, or even shipped for all I know. I am very frustrated, and rightfully so. It has been over 2 months since I won. I’ll update this late once I know more.
