The app times out and not updating per the recent app upgrades What have the developers done?

While having this app is better than having no app at all, the significant delay in real time data as well as the app frequently not working or glitching is a real problem. The overall data setup and design is not the most user-friendly or view-friendly, especially changing settings like the timers… It requires you to do quite a bit of hunting to find what you are looking to change. It does seem that each update is improving some of the information available, but app updates typically causes another bug or glitch almost without fail. I think the app has a lot of potential but a long way to go.

This has to be one of the most poorly designed apps for iPhone that I’ve ever seen. It looks like it was designed for a large computer screen and squashed into the smaller iPhone screen area. That’s not the worst though. The Wi-Fi dongle on the Sunsynk equipment apparently sends data to a server and then back to the user. Unfortunately, there appear to be frequent problems with the server and as a result, the user has no way of knowing what the battery levels are at any given time. This could be remedied by sending data to both the server and the user simultaneously. There should also be more frequent refresh rates. Hopefully this app can be redesigned and improved in future.
