I wouldn’t be without these feeders for our cats. You can keep an eye on their coming and going, set up and schedule and feed them remotely if need be. Check on their dry food supply from the built in camera with two way audio. Only complaint is the food fills up very quickly in the shallow dish/tray and jams long before the tray is full. I have worked around this problem by elevating the feeder 2 inches from the dish and while not ideal has solved the jamming problem.

Everytime I try to set up my device it gets to 100% and then tells me I have a device installation timeout. I’ve tried 5 times and am getting impatient. The instructions to reset are vague. Must I completely disconnect it from the power source or just turn the switch on and off? Please help.
