YOU WILL BE CHARGED WHEN NOT USING THE SCOOTER
I decided to use these scooters with my friends near cocoa beach on my birthday to get around easier. I have used many scooter services in the Orlando area + have never had a problem. When you get the scooter you have the option to “lock” the scooter which prevents you from riding it. We assumed we would not be charged for the time it was locked because we cannot ride the scooter at all. We were charged just under 40$ for a total of 15 minutes of riding the scooter. Just know you WILL be charged when you have it locked. The company also started ignoring my emails + questions when asked about it. They don’t tell you that you will be charged then ignore you when you ask questions. I would not use this company again. This is my first review + I had to leave it because I’ve never used a company that disappointed me so much.

Payment options
Allow Apple Pay. Everyone isn’t carrying a credit card with them but we all have our phones on us

A scam against tourist?
Came to florida for a vacation and used these scooters. Didn’t not inform me of “proper parking zones” then charges me over $10 just for not parking in the “zone”. Rode it again down the street and back for a total of 2 minutes and 24 seconds and parked it exactly where I got it from. Then charged me $25. Seems a bit over priced to me…. I would not recommend ever using these. I have used like scooters and many other companies and they are fair and work great. These are horrible quality and just all around a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
