Scooters are fast and fun

We rented scooters for less than 10 mins before realizing that one of them was not working. We went to a blue parking area yet the app would NOT let us lock. Kept saying it was in a restricted area which it wasn’t. There is NO one to contact, no customer service. We tried for over an hour to lock our two scooters before they finally locked. Costed us way more money than expected for an hour we didn’t even get to use. HIGHLY disappointed

I rented a scooter for a few minutes, but when I tried to end the ride, the app wouldn’t let me lock it. I went to an authorized parking area, yet it kept saying I was in a restricted zone. There was no way to contact customer service, and I spent almost an hour trying to fix the issue. In the end, I was charged way more for a service I barely used. Terrible experience and awful customer support.
