I have been a Byrd member for over 8yrs. They stuck by comparison. These bikes are modern, they ride well, unlike the Byrd, old, dies, won’t start ruined the entire experience. 🙏❤️

Up loaded $30 to rent scooter but ended up not being able to rent a scooter due to all available scooter being low on battery . attempted to contact customer services via WhatsApp and email for a reimbursement of $30 load on to account because they do not have a customer service phone number . It has been two weeks now no one has responded to the email I sent , the WhatsApp message shows it was read but they have yet to respond that either .

We rented scooters for less than 10 mins before realizing that one of them was not working. We went to a blue parking area yet the app would NOT let us lock. Kept saying it was in a restricted area which it wasn’t. There is NO one to contact, no customer service. We tried for over an hour to lock our two scooters before they finally locked. Costed us way more money than expected for an hour we didn’t even get to use. HIGHLY disappointed
