I love this app and I adore our free (currently) Tucson busing system. I often don’t need the Plan-a-Trip functionality as my trips are routine until I do need it and for the past few days it no longer recognizes locations by name nor by their verified accurate physical address. It will show the name of said place in the listing but when I select it and the screen returns to the map I get a small white pop-up box that says, “Unable to find location” and then quickly disappears. For example, it shows a listing for the Downtown Ronstandt Transit Station but once I select it, it shows the “unable…” pop-up. This makes navigating new places terribly inconvenient at best and means I have to manually try and figure it out but going in and out of multiple “track a bus route”, write down the times, and pray I have figured it out. Trust me, when I need more than two buses, this is a challenge I wouldn’t wish on my enemy.

I haven't had any of the GPS issues mentioned in other comments, and when it's up and running, the app works great for me. However, when the app isn't working, it's down for a really obnoxiously long time--days, usually weeks. (For example, the servers have been down for over a week now!) Considering the people who rely on this app for accurate and timely info, either fix it in a day or two or don't offer it at all!

Has GPS location on any bus, so you know if you missed the most recent one. Now I don't have to call that stupid phone number just to check. I wouldn't use the trip planner I guess, since according to the last review it doesn't work. I use my own iPhone maps to see which bus I need to take, and now I know which one I can just use this app to get up to date time stamps of the next two or three busses.
