This app is honestly the coolest and the new wave to avoid surge pricing with the same consistent price and driver if you choose everyday. Having a private driver or new ones who are consistently on time and willing to keep you as their private rider is another perk to this app. I started driving for HUM in Phoenix, Arizona as a driver and it’s been great! I’m making 100 percent of the fares and booking my own private rides through the driver app. So simple to use and much better profits than Uber and Lyft because your making all of the fare 👍 There’s a flex plan that’s free and you keep 75 percent of the fare or you can pay $30 a month and keep 100 percent of the fare. $5 minimum fare and $1 a mile plus extra for wait time or traffic is paid to the driver. It’s simple math when you compare the fees to Uber and Lyft.$30 a month is a fair price allowing HUM to profit and improve for us drivers and passengers! The drivers are commercially insured much better than Uber and Lyft if you look on their website. So you’re actually safer driving with HUM. Ask Ai Grok what it thinks of HUM compared to uber and Lyft and you’ll be surprised it will say it aligns HUM as the blueprint to a fare and transparent Rideshare app when it comes to prices for passengers and driver pay! So what are you waiting for book a ride or sign up as a driver today! 😏👍
The HUM business model allows for both drivers and passengers to benefit. Coming out of the pandemic when everyone has been hit hard financially, companies like Uber and Lyft have raised prices exponentially. However those price increases are not going to the the drivers they remain profit for the corporations only. In fact as surges get higher driver fares drop lower. HUM operates an entirely different business model and therefore they can keep prices low. Also they don’t ever need to compensate for bad outside investments as Uber does by surging passengers and cheating drivers. I’m hoping passengers will see this review and give it a try. I’m sure in six months time HUM will have cornered the market in many places such as Phoenix where we’re constantly overpaying for rides just so the companies can keep 50 to 70 sometimes 80 percent of the drivers fare
Hum is taking a fresh approach to ridesharing and getting out of the way so drivers keep virtually all of the fare, and they can control their own schedules. Uber and Lyft have become behemoths that no longer provide flexibility and take a very hefty cut. Hum’s model is better for the driver and in turn better for the consumer - who has drivers competing for their business. We need to support innovative alternatives like Hum! Download it and be part of a new twist on rideshare.
