I've used stylekorean for a long time, I like the prices and everything, but since they changed their delivery methods, I don't like it. DHL delivers super fast and very well, and now with UPS they ask me for a lot of things, social number and so on. Please go back to how it was before.

I’ve been using love StyleKorean app over 2 years, the deals is always great to have. Yet, I have been struggling with how the app kept logging my account out on the next day. Plus, the screen is a bit stretchy on iPad now. And I wish shipping for kpop albums order won’t be so expensive when I already place of a big order to get free express shipping… it double the amount total if I add just 1 kpop album into my order so I hate placing order of kpop album from a different site that is much pricier for both shipping and the album.😓 I would love and appreciated StyleKorean to really update and fixed many bugs and issues in the app.

I’m dying to buy from you guys, I really am; you guys have great prices, are apparently faster in shipping and I’ve heard many other great things, but your app doesn’t make it any easier!!!! I don’t know if it has anything to do with each individual iPhone model, but here I go: 1- There is a horrible lack in every action, good internet or not. It will take two of three taps for every link to work, and it doesn’t work right away. Transactions aren’t smooth, like YESSTYLE. 2- I have to re enter my information EVERY TIME I open the app, it has no memory at all, and even when I log into my account, my cart will be empty even though I had put products in it. It’s AWFUL. 3- you guys are definitely NOT EASY TO NAVIGATE. Some categories doesn’t make sense at all, and one has to kind of guess where to go, specially in skincare. Again, if you could make everything more clear, like YESSTYLE, it would be marvelous. Please, take a little bit more care of your app, specially for those of us that live far away, and know our purchase is going to be more expensive, and take longer. Don’t discourage us from buying even more than we already are with these two factors, incentivize us! Make it easier and pleasant for us to go through this.
