I’ve enjoyed doing the stretches. Nicely laid out, clear, good stretches, etc. And . . . I wish the exercises weren’t ordered in a way where you’re standing up, then sitting down, then standing up . . . and right now, there is no way to reorder the exercises, although there is a way to decide on the time of the exercise. Also, I wish there was voice guidance. As it is, you have to look at the app to find out what’s next. Hopefully, the new update will have all those improvements. Also, a renewal rate at the same rate I purchased, or maybe even lower. That would really be fantastic. As it is, the renewal rate is higher than I purchased and I know I would not be renewing at that rate.
If you want to work out this app is basic and keeps you moving! Do expect it to tell you what to do that part is on you! Try jogging, speed it up, jumping jacks, air squats, split jumps, push ups, bear crawls, plank. Repeat! Boom now you can't complain about this app! It's free people! Come on get moving!!
Have no idea what the difference is between the original app and the "pro" app (I tried both) but this app says you have to download a Hotel app in order to upgrade. I saw no difference between the free app and the pro app. When you download the hotel app, it wants to take you to a website rather than opening up an app. I may be overly skeptical but this app may be earning some revenue from the "clicks" but my main concern is that we are directed to a website rather than the app working independently.
