Excellent unit, it has everything you need, trendy, spacious, clean, kitchen-laundry, toiletries, towels and cleaning supplies. Safe building, it requires keyless swipes entry from main door to elevator. The turn off part is the “transparent blinds”, it is a high rise building, no privacy, it is see through :( I would give a five star ⭐️ rating you could fix the blinds.

Communication, check in seamless, apartment flawless, amenities as described. This was perfect for a family of five (two kids under 12). Right in downtown next to a parking garage. Received a text before check in from the manager which was nice. Will definitely use again.

I’m literally sitting here in the lobby of The Garfield in Cleveland unable to check in. Have been here over an hour and a half without assistance. There literally is no such thing as customer service with this company. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and no answer. Finally by chance I was able to find a live chat option on the website (which isn’t accessible from anywhere on the site) and got the instructions to pickup the key. The audacity of this place. They didn’t even clean the room between guests. I have used towels on the bathroom floor and garbage in the bins. This is disgusting! I travel all over the world and been in everything from a motel and hostel, to 7 star hotels and expensive Airbnbs. This is the worst. Don’t make reservations with them. ANY hotel or Airbnb is much better.
