ST 通話

This only available when wifi is connected, which mean we can not using mobile data to receive phone call in foreign countries by using this app. Can Smartone provide a calling app can reply on the mobile data?

I have chosen Smartone with one primary that they offers this calling and receiving call via app while travelling aboard, but this app proven to be completely useless as it only works with wifi and after ios13, I can't even start it as it complaints about no WIFI even when it is available and connected. I would rate bit ZERO star if that is possible.

1）經常沒響來電鈴聲，看到有來電才可接，導致經常有未接來電； 2）不能用來電轉駁功能飛線秘書台，只能飛去留言信箱。沒wifi時不能打電話我明白，但查看來電記錄都不能就不能接受 3) very slow, seems it is always thinking what to do next 4)我覺得作為一間咁大的電話商，唔好再求其整個app出來，我從1993年用Smartone 到現在，未試過有啲extra service我會驚為天人的，但偏偏我仍對這間公司有期望，雖然到現在為止都是失望。與其求其出，不如唔好出。 5) usually when I get a call when screen-locked, the call will be missed
