Told me I already was in their system, cannot imagine how since I’ve NEVER even heard of this app or company…..thus had to request password reset. This provided one of those esoteric “temp” passwords, which worked, BUT I was not able to find any option to change to my own password. At the event today, had saved the email with temp password but it would not work. Good thing I printed the tickets. Nice concept but this app is NOT ready for prime time
Being on the go, I don’t have time to sit in front of the computer to manage my events. With this app - I can make changes quickly and contact my customers. Super effective for me
Cannot download all tickets in purchase to wallet AS A GROUP. Had to download individually. No seat details on wallet ticket, shows on paper ticket but not on wallet tickets.
