I have been reading comments on internet about sprii and wasn’t sure whether to order or not. In the end I did and I can’t be happier! The order arrived after 5 working days in perfect condition, not to mention the amazing discount they were offering. In the meantime I called the call centre a couple of times and they were really helpful. 10 stars from me 🤗

Was looking for some great outdoor options for my villa and some home appliances, came across Sprii and pricing was extremely competitive and the app was extremely easy to use and also having Apple Pay, the checkout experience was seamless. Got the delivery within 2 working days which was their promise. Overall, highly recommend this app for mums and baby products and also kitchen appliances. Some great deals. Cheers

Honestly very disappointed with this app. They have amazing international product that are not found on other apps. However their delivery service is poor. I ordered a baby high chair, that was shipping from usa. Delivery time was 18 days. After almost a month nothing. I contacted them and they said that it was in transit. Same reply the three times I called them. And they said they would get back to me if they have any update. After a month and half I called again only for them to tell me the item was “out of stock” and that I was going to be refunded my payment. Wow, an item in transit magically disappeared in thin air 🙂. Second time I ordered a baby pool. Delivery time was 6 days. Contacted them after on 7th day. They said that item was delivered. Delivery came on the 8th day no questions asked. Third time I ordered some baking supplies. Delivery time was 2-4 days. Its been 7 days today and no delivery. Honestly not even bothered to call them.
